Stump grinding is the most efficient way of removing yard stumps with little to no impact. We also offer services for removing the chips and replacing it with sod or any material requested. It works like a chipper at ground level. We make passes with the machine until the stump is ground 4-12 inches below the surface depending on the need. You are left with a controlled pile of dirt and small chips. This can easily be removed and replaced with sod or fill dirt.

TOWED STUMP GRINDER

For stumps that can be reached with a pickup truck.

A towed stump grinder is great for getting to more accessible stumps and finishing quicker. Backed into the stump by a pickup truck, the path to the stump must be at least 8’ feet wide with room to maneuver in turns.

SELF-PROPELLED STUMP GRINDER

For stumps that cannot be accessed by a truck.

This self-propelled machine excels at getting into tight spots around plantings, and is able to go through standard 36” fence gates to get into back yards.
